A simple electronic signature is understood to mean the writing of names, email address for correspondence, phone number and other personal data. The confirmation code that I will receive via email, SMS or Viber, which I will use to open the files containing pre-contractual or contractual information, shall have the same legal effect as a simple electronic signature provided by me, equivalent to a handwritten signature.
