Condition for using the package
You must hold valid immigration status under the EU Settlement Scheme — Settled Status or Pre-Settled Status. Eligibility for the State Pension and Pension Credit is assessed individually according to the applicable requirements and your personal circumstances.
If, in the course of the review, it turns out that an activity not included in the package is needed, you will be informed in advance of its scope and price. An additional service is carried out only after your confirmation.
